## Refund policy
Every founding-member payment is fully refundable in GBP if a usable v1 of AUTEXA does not ship.

### When does AUTEXA launch?
We are in pre-launch. Founding members get access first, ahead of public release.

### Is the founding price one-off?
Yes. Founding Lifetime and Founding 3-Year are single one-off payments in GBP. VAT is included where applicable.

### Do I need to bring my own API keys?
Yes. You connect your own model-provider keys (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic). This keeps you in control of usage and cost, with no surprise inference bills.

### Who is AUTEXA for?
Founders, operators and small teams who want executive-grade output without hiring an EA or chief of staff, while keeping humans in the loop on every decision.

### What happens if AUTEXA does not launch?
Founding payments are fully refundable if we do not ship a usable v1.
