Refund Policy

Every AUTEXA founding-member payment is fully refundable in GBP if we do not ship a usable v1 of the platform.

When can I request a refund?

Any time before v1 ships, or within 14 days of v1 release if the product materially fails to deliver the founding-member capabilities advertised at purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

How do I request a refund?

Email us at hello@autexa.ai from the address you used to purchase. We confirm within two working days and refund within seven working days of approval.

What is covered?

Both Founding Lifetime (£299.99) and Founding 3-Year (£99.99) one-off payments are covered. Monthly plans at public launch are not founding-member purchases and follow standard SaaS terms.
